barrier free special needs summer camps

What does "barrier free" mean?

Camp For All was built with absolutely no barriers for children and adults with special needs to experience the thrill of camping and nature, just like their able-bodied peers. For example, when you enter a Camp For All bathroom, all of the stalls are accessible!  Not just one, all of them.  And that culture is duplicated throughout the camp site. Camp For All is the only recreational facility in southeast Texas that accommodates the special needs community in this way.
